Terms of Service

★┊GENERAL
Please read before submitting a request! By commissioning me, you agree to everything listed below.
It's your responsibility to read and understand my T.O.S. before requesting. I'm not responsible for misunderstandings if you skip reading it.
I am allowed to decline any commission I feel uncomfortable with.
All the illustrations can be shared on my social media or also shown to the public as I work on them live on platforms such as Twitch, Youtube, Tiktok, etc. If the project requires secrecy, an extra fee will be charged
Give credits in case it is used for social media (for personal purposes, it is not necessary)★┊REFERENCE
Please make sure to send me clear references* of whatever characters you want. Other than that, it is advised (although not obligatory) to include references of the pose(s), background, outfits and anything else you deem as necessary for your request. Feel free to make entire moodboards if you’d like! I personally love them.
If you will add more characters, please make sure to send their references as well!
*I will not draw from descriptions, as they can be very confusing if not explained well and therefore lead to misunderstandings. Instead, use images for any other elements.★┊PAYMENTS
All payments must be made upfront via PayPal or VGen.
To start working i need to have at least 30% of the payment and full payment to send finish work
The price may change depending on the complexity
I will not give refunds unless I really cannot finish your commission for a major reason. In that case, I will give your money back.
Refunds are not offered once the illustration is already past the sketching stage
Prices DO NOT INCLUDE commercial use (printed media, merchandise, etc.). To use them in this way an extra will be charged depending on the scale of the project
Prices include revisions. All the necessary changes can be made in the sketching stage, once the sketch is approved only minimal or color changes will be allowed.★┊DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Turnaround time is a minimum of 1 month and can take up to 6 months depending on the size of the project.
I may not be able to accept commissions with a tight deadline.★┊USE
AI training, NFTs, or blockchain-related use is strictly prohibited
It is required to credit me while using the service (emotes, model, etc)
It is strictly prohibited to use any artwork that you've commissioned from me for AI learning, meaning you cannot upload my artwork on AI art generating programs or sites.
Do not trace, edit or copy this artwork.
You cannot use my artwork for personal gain:
Selling merch (pins, prints, stickers, etc.)
Use it in any way that will directly provide you money from it
Full Commercial use fees are worth twice the price.★┊INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
The artwork is for personal and simple comercial use (Twitch, YouTube, etc.) only. Merchandise rights require an additional license.
Proper credit must be given. You may not claim the artwork as your own.
Editing my work is prohibited.
You can commission add-ons or changes to a previously commissioned model (if it's the case)
I reserve the right to use finished commissions in my portfolio.
I will keep commissions private for a time or credit you as anonymous upon request.
I may stream the drawing process unless discussed otherwise.
If you sell or transfer ownership of the character depicted in the artwork, you can transfer the usage rights of the commissioned artwork to the new owner. However, the artwork may not be resold for a price higher than the original commission price, and I must be notified of the transfer.★┊REFUNDS
After the commission has been paid, no refund can be made, with exceptions including but not limited to:
While working on the Commission, I realize the request is outside of my capability and I will not be able to execute the Commissioners' idea in the best quality.
Any of my personal reasons that arise in the middle of the Commission process, preventing me from continuing to work.★┊COMMUNICATION

✧˖° How do I use my loyalty card?
To use your loyalty card for the first time, fill in the loyalty card document with your name and username to your commission request form in the appropriate section.
Please note that your name and username MUST match the information you add the information you add to your commission form each time.
After each use of the card, I will add a stamp to it and return it with your completed commission. You will need to submit the most up to date version of your loyalty card each time.-✧˖° Additional details/benefits
